Cell-Sorting
The Core Facility Cell-Sorting is associated with the Clinic for Hematology and Medical Oncology in terms of staff and organization.
Equipment
For the isolation and purification of cell populations, the core facility offers the following equipment
- Flow cytomneter: BD FACS Canto II ((Blue (488nm), Red (633nm), Violet (405nm))
- Cell sorter: BD FACS ARIA II ((Blue (488nm), Red (633nm), Near UV (375nm))
- Software: FlowJo

Our services
Please contact us. Our services in cell sorting can be used by working groups of the University Medical Center as well as university and non-university cooperation partners, national and international, on the basis of collaboration and cost sharing. The current provisions (e.g., access regulations and usage costs) are laid out in the user regulation of the core facility.
