Incomings
You are an "incoming" if you are enrolled at one of our partner universities and are studying in Göttingen for one or two semesters as part of the ERASMUS+ program.
The adjoining submenus provide interesting information about the course offerings at the University Medical Center Göttingen (UMG) and important information about the application procedure.
Nomination deadlines for the study year 2023/24:
- May, 15, 2023 for Winter term 2023/24 (WiSe 2023/24) and
- November, 15, 2023 for Summer term 2024 (SoSe 2024).
Application deadlines for the study year 2023/24
- June, 1, 2023 for Winter term 2023/24 (WiSe 2023/24) and
- December 1, 2023 for Summer term 2024 (SoSe 2024).
Timetable for ERASMUS+ Incomings 2023/24
- Application at the home university (according to procedures and deadlines of the home university).
- Counseling by the ERASMUS+ Office Göttingen (if needed)
- Nomination in Göttingen by the ERASMUS+ coordinator of the home university

As soon as you have been nominated for an ERASMUS+ scholarship by your home University, please proceed as described in the Information Sheet during the creation of your application documents. Use the Checklist to check your application documents for completeness.
