The 8th GGNB Science Day & Summer Games 2026 (Göttingen Graduate School for Neurosciences, Biophysics, and Molecular Biosciences) took place on June 11, 2026, at the Max Planck Institut for Multidisciplinary Sciences (MPI-NAT) in Göttingen.

There was also a poster session following the presentations. Doctoral candidates showcased current research projects from the three sections of the GGNB. At the end of the event, the day's best posters were officially awarded.

Our PhD student of the 2nd cohort Archisha Ganguly, RP4.2 presented her poster “Modelling Takotsubo Syndrome in a human 3-dimensional innervated heart model”. Archisha won the GGNB poster prize in the category “Molecular Biosciences” and is one of the winners of the best poster prize.
