RTG 2824 students at DPZ Guide Tour

On Wednesday, June 25th, 2025, our new students participated in the DPZ Guided Tour at the Deutsches Primatenzentrum GmbH (DPZ). The DPZ is one of our partner institutes and is home to our Principal Investigator, Prof. Dr. Susann Boretius (RP8), who works in collaboration with Prof. Christine von Arnim in the Department of Functional Imaging.

The tour included a presentation in the main lecture hall, an outdoor walk around the facilities to observe the animal enclosures—home to over 1,000 animals—and a visit to the MRI building, including a detailed presentation and tour of the imaging facilities.

It was an informative and impressive experience for all participants.
